Known for his ability to develop and implement one of a kind hotel dining experiences, crafting crave-able dishes for Radisson Blu’s dining concepts through curation of the best California ingredients from land and sea. In his role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of all of Radisson Blu Anaheim’s food and beverage concepts, including the hotel’s in-room dining, banquets, and catering event programs.
Daniel has over 20yrs of hospitality experience and during that time, he has been bi-coastal opening upscale restaurants and luxury hotels & resorts with highly acclaimed chef’s such as José Andrés, Michael Schwartz, Katsuya Uechi, Danny Elmaleh, Roy Choi, David Chang, Bruno Davaillon and Josiah Citrin. In his travels he has realized the cultures and taste may be different, however the love for food & beverage remains the same... No matter where you travel.
